1. Definitions

• Service: Local Moving Leads website, tools, lead marketplace, dashboards, and related communications.

• User / You: Any person or entity that visits the Service, creates an account, purchases leads, or otherwise interacts with the Service.

• Leads: Contact information and related data for potential customers or moving jobs sold, provided, or delivered through the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service you represent that you have authority to enter into these terms and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Local Moving Leads.

3. Changes to Terms

Local Moving Leads may modify these terms or any policies at any time. We will post updated terms on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to moving services, lead management, or related activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Misrepresenting your identity or business.

• Using leads for unlawful solicitation, spam, or harassment.

• Reselling or distributing leads beyond the rights expressly granted by Local Moving Leads.

5. Lead Purchases, Delivery & Refunds

• Accuracy and Timeliness: We strive to provide accurate, verified leads, but we cannot guarantee completeness or success of any lead. Leads are sold on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

• Delivery: Leads are delivered electronically via the dashboard, API, or email, depending on your purchase settings.

• Refunds: Refunds or credits are handled per our Refund Policy (link to Privacy & Refund Policy). Refunds are granted only where explicitly stated in that policy or required by law.

6. Payment & Billing

All fees for paid features or lead purchases are described on the Site and during checkout. You agree to pay all charges and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Taxes, billing errors, chargebacks, and collections are handled according to our Billing Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, code, and documentation on the Service are the property of Local Moving Leads or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. User Content and License

If you submit content to the Service (for example, business profiles, logos, or reviews), you grant Local Moving Leads a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and reproduce that content for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service.
